Making dating healthy! Amy Adams bonds with fiance Darren Le Gallo as they head to the gym

Some couples bond by sharing a bottle of wine or heading out for a slap-up meal.
But it's clear Amy Adams and her fiance Darren Le Gallo take a more healthy approach to dating.
The couple turned working out into a romantic encounter as they strolled to a West Hollywood gym on Wednesday.

The red-haired actress was in the romantic mood as she grasped the 38-year-old actor's arm with both hands as though she would never let go.
It's rare that Amy, 38, leaves the house without her adorable lookalike daughter in tow, but on this day it was definitely couple time.
Amy presumably left Aviana, who turns three in May, at home with a nanny.

The Enchanted star looked radiantly happy in her workout gear that included black leggings, a grey sweat shirt and white trainers.
Wearing aviator sunglasses and her hair in a ponytail, Amy seemed to be bouncing with enthusiasm.
Darren was similarly dressed in black shorts and grey T-shirt, and he had a grey sweat jacket tossed over his shoulder while holding what looked like a protein drink.
The only noticeably bright thing in both their outfits were Darren's neon green and blue trainers, but then he is an artist as well as an actor.

Finally alone: Amy and Darren enjoyed some rare couple time, leaving daughter Aviana at home with a nanny

The pair got engaged in April 2008 but have yet to say 'I do.' 
'I am putting more pressure on myself now that we have Avi. I’ll figure it out soon,' Amy told InStyle last year.
'I’ll say to Darren, "What do you think of May?" and he’ll say, "May. Ha, ha. You just let me know." I just can’t decide,' she added.
However, perhaps the busy star is warming up to a date now.

Amy, meanwhile, is gearing up for one of this summer's most awaited movies Man of Steel co-starring Henry Cavill, Kevin Costner, Diane Lane, Laurence Fishburne among others.
'I was really into the movies and Christopher Reeve and Margot Kidder,' Amy told The Tonight Show's Jay Leno recently.
'I really wanted to be Lois because I thought Superman was just awesome. I didn't think I was going to be an actress playing Lois, I just wanted to be Lois Lane.'
